Before starting the installation, download and check out the guide "Installation Guide and Getting Started" for download at the bottom of this page. This describes the steps for installation and commissioning of the TPV. File Package Installation Database, not to run it until you complete the installation and licensing of the POS, has the installation instructions in the Installation Guide and Getting Started.
During the installation process you must fill out a form so that the system will automatically generate a license application. This license is free and to activate it, must be Internet connection.
It is important to complete the license application form, you provide your details correctly because the system requires them to send you the license to your email account.
Heimdal has a POS Free automatic update system that start at boot time and allow TPV include further improvements are developed. To update, it is necessary that the TPV has an Internet connection.
